How much can you make out from a few lonely poligons?

The two balls are actually the same one, but the final "Trouble" character has a displacement map applied, which contains all the modeling-sculpting work done. Then a texture was built on top of that, to make our little monster finally alive. This technic is very common to create models for videogames, where the need to optimize the number of polygons is mandatory.
